About the Art:
My work is all glass, fused in a kiln between about 1300 and 1500 degrees. The glass enamels go on like paint but must be fired multiple times and each firing may take about 18 hours. I’ve done the dichroic jewelry for about 25 years now…each piece is individually made, often with a textured surface that I create myself and artwork is also added via acid etching, grinding with a diamond bur, and other means.
