About the Art:
I am a ceramic artist exploring many ways to work with clay for over 40 years. I am a hand builder building my texture rich pieces from large slabs of clay. I work from my home studio and I enjoy working with carved stamps, leaves, lace and flowers from my garden. Each piece is individual and a sculpture on its own. I am constantly trying new approaches and themes. My utilitarian pieces are stoneware and porcelain.
